1. Who processes the data

The controller of personal data collected through the KAMP website is Exclusive Motors EOOD (Ексклузив Моторс ЕООД), company ID (EIK) 208342214, registered address 1 Dame Gruev St, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Data protection questions: alexresov2@gmail.com, tel. +359 888 038 778.

2. What data we collect

• Enquiries and requests (buying a car, custom request, rental, transfer): name, phone, e-mail, notes and the request details — car, budget, dates, pickup and return places, route, number of passengers, flight number.
• Customer profile (optional): e-mail, name and phone, password (stored only as a secure hash), saved cars.
• Visit statistics: only if you consent in the banner — pages visited, clicks, the source of the visit (for example a search engine or an ad), approximate location and device type. IP addresses are not stored. Without consent only anonymous events are recorded (page viewed, click, device type, source from the page address), without a visit identifier and without location.
• Technical data needed for the website to work (for example requests to the server), not used for profiling.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering an enquiry, making an offer, arranging an import, rental or transfer — steps at your request before a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping a profile and a list of saved cars — contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Visit statistics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.
• Accounting and tax obligations when a deal is made — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Protecting the website against abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep the data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer and to carry out the order, rental or transfer, and to protect our rights in a possible dispute. Accounting records are kept for the periods set by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act. Profile data is kept until the profile is deleted — users can delete their profile themselves. Statistics are kept in aggregated form.

5. Who receives the data

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, server functions and data storage.
• Wix.com Ltd. (Israel) — sending us an e-mail notification about a new enquiry.
• Catalogue car photos are loaded from Encar servers (South Korea); your browser connects to them when loading the photos.
• For a specific deal — carriers, customs agents and public authorities, only as far as necessary.

Transfers outside the EU take place under a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

6. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising or third-party cookies. Your browser stores your consent choice and, with consent, an anonymous visit identifier for the statistics. Signing in to a profile uses a secure cookie that the profile needs to work.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to alexresov2@gmail.com.
